About Zuber Shaik

In short: I'm a forward-deployed engineer, AI adoption specialist and AI trainer, and the founder of Immenseclick. My mission is to make AI as easy to use as Google — for every person and every business.

My story

Why I do this

When search engines arrived, nobody needed a course to start using them. You typed a question and got an answer. Within a few years, "just Google it" was something everyone said — students, shop owners, CEOs and grandparents alike.

AI is a bigger shift than search, but it hasn't felt that simple for most people. I kept meeting business owners, teams, graduates and developers who knew AI mattered and felt left behind: the tools looked technical, the advice was full of jargon, and the demos rarely turned into something they actually used the next morning.

That gap is why I do this work. I'm a forward-deployed engineer and AI adoption specialist, and the founder of Immenseclick. I sit with the people who do the work, find where AI genuinely helps, build it with them, and stay until it's part of how they work — and I teach everything I learn along the way, openly.

My vision

Using AI should feel as natural as using Google — for every person and every business, not just engineers.

I want AI adoption to stop being a privilege of large companies with big tech teams. A clinic owner, a sales manager, a final-year student and a developer should all be able to use AI confidently, safely and every day. When more people can build with AI, more ideas reach the world — and that's the kind of progress that lifts everyone, not just a few.

What I'm working towards

  1. Educate. Explain AI in plain language, with real examples instead of hype, so people understand what it can and can't do.
  2. Empower. Give people hands-on skills — from writing a good prompt to building their own AI agents — so they can keep going on their own.
  3. Adopt. Help organisations move AI out of pilots and into daily work, with the guardrails that make it safe.

Teaching in public: YouTube & LinkedIn

Most AI content shows a polished demo and stops there. On my YouTube channel and LinkedIn, I teach real workflows built for real scenarios — with the messy inputs, the edge cases and the fixes included. I build live, step by step, so you can see exactly how a working system comes together.

A lot of that work is go-to-market: I show how to build live GTM agents that research prospects, qualify leads, draft outreach and follow up — the kind of systems that let a small team compete with a big one. Everything I share is something you can copy, adapt and run in your own business the same day. Free, practical knowledge is the fastest way I know to raise the floor for everyone.

Making graduates AI-ready for their first job

Every year, talented graduates walk out of college into a job market that suddenly expects AI skills their syllabus never covered. I've taught many university graduates to become AI-ready: how to use AI tools well, the basics of agentic development, and how real companies are putting AI to work today.

The best way to learn agents is to build one you actually need — so we build a job search agent together. Graduates leave with a working system that searches roles, tailors their CV and tracks applications, plus the confidence of having built it themselves. That combination of skill and proof changes how they walk into interviews.

What corporates actually expect: agents, MCP and beyond

Companies have moved fast. Hiring managers now ask about AI agents, tool use, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and how to connect AI safely to business systems. I teach these topics the way corporates use them — not as theory, but as the patterns engineering teams are shipping right now — so learners speak the same language as the teams they want to join.

Interview preparation for developers and automation testers

I help both developers and automation testers prepare for interviews in an AI-first market: the questions being asked about agents, MCP and AI-assisted development and testing, how to explain the projects they've built, and how to show practical judgement rather than buzzwords.

Automation testers in particular often feel AI threatens their role. I show them the opposite: how AI agents can extend their test automation work, and how to present that as a strength. Watching someone go from anxious to confident before an interview is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

How it all fits together

Teaching in public, training graduates, preparing developers and testers, and building real systems for businesses are one mission seen from different angles. Businesses get AI that works. People get the skills to build it. And every workflow I share openly makes the next person's start a little easier. If AI is going to change how the world works, I want as many people as possible to be the ones shaping it — not left watching from the side.

What I've done for this vision

  • Built Immenseclick to deliver AI automation, AI agents and AI adoption for businesses.
  • Worked as a forward-deployed engineer with organisations to bring AI into their real workflows — building automations, AI agents, voice agents and dashboards their teams run themselves.
  • Teach real workflows on YouTube and LinkedIn, including building live GTM agents.
  • Trained university graduates to be AI-ready for jobs, including building their own job search agent and the basics of agentic development.
  • Prepared developers and automation testers for interviews on agents, MCP and AI-first development.
  • Trained corporate teams to use AI efficiently in their own roles.
  • Run free live sessions such as Agentic AI Adoption & Training with the Open Business Networking community, so anyone can learn without a budget.

Deep, hands-on training

My training isn't a slideshow. Every programme is built around doing:

  • Learn by building. Participants work on their own tasks and leave with something that works.
  • From basics to agents. Start with prompting and safe use, then move to automations, AI agents and MCP.
  • For every level. Tracks for students and graduates, working professionals, leaders, developers and testers.
  • Support after the session. Follow-up Q&A so learning continues once the workshop ends.

For students, the Student AI Job-Search Agent Pack brings all of this together: a job search agent, CV maker agent, job application agent and interview scheduler agent, built with you.
