Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on zubershaik.com and course.zubershaik.com. Please read it before you pay. By completing a payment, you agree to it.

1. All sales are final

Everything we sell is a digital product or a live service. Payments are non-refundable once any of the following has happened:

• Online courses and bundles: your login or course access has been sent to you.
• Live programmes, cohorts and accelerators: the programme has started, or you have attended any session.
• Consultation calls (including the ₹5,000 consultation): the call has taken place, or you missed it without rescheduling at least 24 hours before.
• Services (automations, AI agents, voice agents, websites, ads, training, coaching): the kick-off call has happened or work has begun.
• Monthly plans: the current billing month has started.
• Booking deposits for high-value programmes and services: the expert consultation has taken place. Deposits are always adjusted against the full fee.

2. Cancellation

• Before access or work begins: you may cancel within 24 hours of payment by emailing hello@zubershaik.com. Instead of a refund, you receive a credit for the full amount, usable on any course or service within 6 months.
• Live sessions and calls: you can reschedule once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Monthly plans: cancel any time before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. The current month is not refunded.

3. When we will refund

We refund the amount paid only in these cases:

1. You were charged twice for the same order. We refund the duplicate payment.
2. Money was debited but the payment failed and we did not receive it. This is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay.
3. We fail to deliver: course access isn’t sent within 7 days of payment, or a service doesn’t start within 30 days of payment because of us, and you haven’t agreed to a new date.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
